We may also use the information to communicate with you about our current products and services, our new features, products, or services, or to improve the services that we offer by tailoring them to your needs. We may also use the information we collect about you, your computer, or other device for any lawful business purpose, including without limitation, to help diagnose problems with our servers, to gather broad demographic information, analyse trends, track users’ movements around the website, and to otherwise administer the website, including to increase and enhance the security of our Sites.

6. Storage and Security of Information

EZShifa uses reasonable security standards to secure your information. Because no data transmission is completely secure, and no system of physical or electronic security is impenetrable, however, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you send to us or the security of our servers, networks or databases.

7. Your Content & Conduct

Our Service allows you and other users to save content. You are responsible for the content that you save, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

You retain all of your rights to the content you save.

You can remove the content that you saved by deleting it. Once you delete your content, it will not appear on the Service, but copies of your deleted content may remain in our system or backups for some period of time. We will retain web server access logs for a maximum of 1 year and then delete them.

You may not post, link and otherwise make available on or through the Service any of the following:

  • Content that is libelous, defamatory, bigoted, fraudulent or deceptive.
  • Content that is illegal or unlawful, that would otherwise create liability.
  • Private information of any third party (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbers).
  • Viruses, corrupted data or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files or code.

Also, you agree that you will not do any of the following in connection with the Service or other users:

  • Use the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Service or that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the functioning of the Service.
  • Impersonate or post on behalf of any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Collect any personal information about other users, or intimidate, threaten, stalk or otherwise harass other users of the Service.
  • Create an account or post any content if you are not over 16 years of age years of age; and
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any filtering, security measures, rate limits or other features designed to protect the Service, users of the Service, or third parties.
8. EZShifa Health Materials

We put a lot of effort into creating the Service including, the logo and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information and other content (excluding your content). This property is owned by us or our licensors and it is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. We grant you the right to use it.

However, unless we expressly state otherwise, your rights do not include: (i) publicly performing or publicly displaying the Service; (ii) modifying or otherwise making any derivative uses of the Service or any portion thereof; (iii) using any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (iv) downloading (other than page caching) of any portion of the Service or any information contained therein; (v) reverse engineering or accessing the Service in order to build a competitive product or service; or (vi) using the Service other than for its intended purposes. If you do any of this stuff, we may terminate your use of the Service.

9. Child and Parents

Our website is intended for users who are 16 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16 years old. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child under 16 has given us information, you can email us at info@ezshifa.com. If we learn that we have collected the information of a child under 16 without the consent of parent(s) or guardian, we will delete such information from our records.

10. Sexual Content and Profanity

We don't allow and provide contents that contain or promote sexual content or profanity, including pornography, or any content or services intended to be sexually gratifying. Content that contains nudity may be allowed if the primary purpose is educational, scientific, or health related, and is not gratuitous. In addition, the app does not provide content that appeal to children including but not limited to, excessive violence, blood, and gore; apps that depict or encourage harmful and dangerous activities.

11. Inappropriate Content

We don’t provide and allow prohibiting content that is harmful or inappropriate for our users. The following are the type of contents prohibited to be used or uploaded:

  • Sexual Content and Profanity: We don't allow users to upload contents that contain or promote sexual content or profanity, including pornography, or any content or services intended to be sexually gratifying
  • Hate Speech: We don't allow users to promote violence, or incite hatred against individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or any other characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization.
  • Violence: We don't allow users to depict or facilitate gratuitous violence or other dangerous activities. Apps that depict fictional violence in the context of a game, such as cartoons, hunting or fishing, are generally allowed.
  • Terrorist Content: We do not permit terrorist organizations to publish contents for any purpose, including recruitment.
  • Sensitive Events: We don't allow users to publish contents that lack reasonable sensitivity towards or capitalize on a natural disaster, atrocity, health crisis, conflict, death, or other tragic event.
  • Bullying and Harassment: We don't allow users to upload or publish contents that contain or facilitate threats, harassment, or bullying.
  • Dangerous Products: We don't allow users to facilitate the sale of explosives, firearms, ammunition, or certain firearms accessories.
  • Marijuana: We don't allow users to facilitate the sale of marijuana or marijuana products, regardless of legality.
  • Tobacco and Alcohol: We don't allow users to facilitate the sale of tobacco (including e-cigarettes and vape pens) or encourage the illegal or inappropriate use of alcohol or tobacco.
12. Unapproved Substances

Ezshfia doesn't allow users to promote or sell unapproved substances, irrespective of any claims of legality. Examples

  • • All items on this non-exhaustive list of prohibited pharmaceuticals and supplements
  • • Products that contain ephedra
  • • Products containing human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in relation to weight loss or weight control, or when promoted in conjunction with anabolic steroids
  • • Herbal and dietary supplements with active pharmaceutical or dangerous ingredients
  • • False or misleading health claims, including claims implying that a product is as effective as prescription drugs or controlled substances
  • • Non-government approved products that are marketed in a way that implies that they're safe or effective for use in preventing, curing, or treating a particular disease or ailment
  • • Products that have been subject to any government or regulatory action or warning
  • • Products with names that are confusingly similar to an unapproved pharmaceutical or supplement or controlled substance
13. Intellectual property infringement

EZShifa respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we ask you to do the same. We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, terminate the service and/or access to this site for users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others including trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, and other proprietary rights.

14. Notification of Changes

These practices and policies are subject to change, but we will communicate any material changes to you. The practices and policies in this disclosure replace all previous privacy notices or statements of EZShifa.

BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE PRACTICES AND POLICIES OUTLINED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, USE, AND SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY, YOU CANNOT USE THE SERVICES.
